- Execute high-volume ~ 40 tickets/hour
- Well versed and flexible to shift from Grill/Fryer/Prep stations
- Ability to plate and control portion size
- CA Food Handler's Card. ServSafe Managers certification preferred
- Reliable transportation to our commissary in South San Francisco
- Valid California driver's license
- Clean/healthy professional lifestyle and attitude

Expo

- Attention to platting detail and portion consistency
- CA Food Handler's Card. ServSafe Managers certification preferred
- Experience in professional kitchen preferred
- Minimal knife skills
- High energy - keep up with Cooks requests
- Personable - semi-customer facing
- Valid California driver's license
